What You'll Do
As a Data Analyst at NBI Games bridges analytics and game design, turning complex datasets into actionable insights. This role supports game and business teams with deep analyses that guide design decisions, player engagement strategies, and product evolution. It requires a mix of technical rigor, communication, and player-centric thinking.
Key Responsibilities
Develop analytical models and frameworks that evaluate player behavior and engagement trends
Work with game teams to define KPIs, build dashboards, and deliver clear reporting
Identify & communicate insights from datasets to help refine game design and feature development
Collaborate with data engineers to maintain and improve data pipelines and sources
Advocate for data-informed decision-making and support the culture of continuous learning
Establish best practices in data visualization and business intelligence delivery
Analyze acquisition, monetization, and retention metrics for existing and upcoming titles
Support experimentation design (A/B testing) and results interpretation
Work across departments to answer business-critical questions with data
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in game, digital product, or business analytics
Strong command of SQL, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), and statistical methods
Working knowledge of Python and analytical libraries such as pandas and matplotlib
Experience analyzing user acquisition, monetization, and retention
Clear, concise communication skills tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
Understanding game development cycles and live service operations are preferred
Demonstrate professional behavior and maintain a strong work ethic
Work collaboratively across departments and with external partners when needed
Exhibit flexibility and adaptability to evolving project and team needs
Bonus Points
Experience working with remote teams to complete collaborative assignments
Domain experience with games and or digital commerce platforms
Familiarity across multipole data stack platforms (bigquery, Snowflake, AWS etc)
Experience working remote with team members and clients.
